Quentin’s career in sailing began as an instructor as he enjoyed teaching his knowledge for sea and sail to students. This launched his professional career in the yachting industry. With 11 years of experience as a captain on yachts; Quentin has sailed some of the most beautiful seas in the world; including the South Pacific and in the Caribbean sharing his passion and love of the sea with his guests. Quentin is adept at providing the perfect balance of fun and adventure to guests creating a lifetime of memorable experiences.
Marine’s passion for cooking extends across the cuisines of French, Italian and Asian influences. With a focus on provisioning fresh products from local markets guests are assured to have a wonderful culinary experience. A professional French chef with 7 years of experience in the yachting industry, Marine also enjoys mixing delightful cocktails for her guests. When it’s time to explore the beautiful anchorages that dot the Caribbean landscape, Marine enjoys sharing her passion for sea life with her guests in the crystal blue waters that dazzle the islands.
