| Mucho Gusto, the newest model from Horizon, is the ultimate in luxury yachting. Launched in February 2019, she is the only 65-foot Horizon Power Cat available for charters. Guests are pampered from the moment they step aboard, with a choice of three exquisitely appointed suites: an on-deck California king Primary suite, a VIP king suite, and a twin berth-or-king cabin, all with en-suite bathrooms. The main deck features a gracious aft deck and dining area, two swim platforms with a stainless outdoor shower, and a high-low platform. The flybridge is a true oasis, with a fully air-conditioned helm station, wet bar, and alfresco dining area. Guests can also relax on the exterior loungers on the broad sundeck, while the chef cooks up a feast in the covered BBQ area. A day head on the flybridge ensures that guests are always comfortable. Hi - We're Dominic and Hannah!
We've been a couple since 2012 and have worked on various sized boats (78ft- 160ft) until we settled on Mucho Gusto which launched as a 65ft Power Catamaran in February 2019.
A bit about us; Dominic was brought up on a working flower farm by German/ French Parents on the Garden Route in South Africa. His father & brother are both mechanics so he's also been brought up very practically and mechanically minded. Dom was (and still is) really sporty, Tennis & water-sports being his favorite. He got into yachting through a friend of his who asked him to be crew on his boat back in 2011. When he returned to Cape Town to do his Yacht Masters he met Hannah..
Hannah (I) was brought up in Cape Town, South Africa by my British Folks. I studied Brand Building and Management before meeting Dominic and being whisked away into the world of yachting. I was initially a stewardess on my first 3 boats before discovering an interest in cooking, and then decided to put myself through a years Chef Training. I graduated as 'Student of the Year (2015)' and received a Diploma in Culinary Arts & Cookery and was employed on a yacht in Florida before having even arrived.
Dom & I are both really passionate about providing a high end service and anticipating our guests' needs before they're even considered. We really get so much satisfaction and pleasure from giving our guests a trip of a lifetime.

From tendering over to pick us up by the airport (Staniel Cay), to planning the perfect anchorages, to seeking out fantastic snorkel spots both well known & brand new, Dominic, Your professionalism and attention to detail was levels above your years! Chef Hannah, you my friend, have MAD food skills. Every meal was perfectly prepared and an explosion of complementary flavors and textures... A new adventure on every plate. Dom and Hannah! We could not have been "Quarantined" with nicer people or a better culinary Rock Star! Thank you so much for making this last week FANTASTIC. Some of our favorite memories are the water sports (Dom, you're the best tube-driver ever) and the food (seriously!). I'm personally thankful for 'The Four Tendencies' (book in the little library) and the added knowledge and vocabulary it has given me. You know as an Obliger I cannot not write in this book and you know as a Rebel, Steve just won't write in this book, that Brody (our questioner) has thoroughly questioned and thought about why he should or shouldn't write in this book and that Ella (Upholder) has been ready to write in it all day. A Mid May Escapade
It seems that every time I write an entry in a 'travel guest book', it always begins with "Wow!... amazing trip!...awesome!... can't wait to come back!..." but this time feels different. Spending the week with Dom and Hannah was like coming home. Where family welcomes you with open arms and where laughter and conversation are plentiful. Where there’s always something delightful brewing in the kitchen and where evenings are for stories of the day’s adventures, relaxing and ice cream! We are grateful for this time with Dom and Hannah who felt like friends you had missed for so long and finally able to see again. Dear Hannah & Dom, Thank you for making our short two night stay so magical! The food was absolutely incredible, the location was dreamy and your involvement in helping and including our teenagers in the fun made this trip so special for us. We truly were able to see and do so many fun things- from swimming with sea turtles, paddle boarding, snorkeling the reef, tubing, trying to knock down the infamous coconut, the glorious lightning storm with the heart shaped lightning bolt! learning a new board game, playing dominoes and 5-star dining that was out of this world good. Dear Dominic and Hannah, We have absolutely LOVED out time with you on Mucho Gusto! You are both such special people and it has been such a pleasure to spend the last week with you! Dominic, you have the most gentle spirit. It was so sweet to watch you with Remy. Hannah- You are so much fun to be around! I am not super social but I found myself wanting to be around you visiting all the time <3. We all agree that you are the most magnificent chef we have ever met!!! Dear Hannah & Dominic, It’s been a fantastic week- so relaxing. Lots of special and different dishes (Tx Hannah) and Dom took us to all the best spots for activities, turtle watching and the lovely blue water and with sandy beaches. A real treat from the cold winds in Norway and all the impossible pandemic issues. Maybe you’ll get to Norway some day and we can show you the beauty of Norway. The two of you work in perfect harmony, and made us feel right at home, the food was varied and divine as was the wine and whiskey. The sights and sounds of the beautiful islands, the stories round the dinner table, all added to an unforgettable week, which has sadly come to an end. A week of Valentines Day-ing 2022
Dear Hannah & Dom, Thank you for an incredible week of divine food and adventure. We feel so lucky to have explored one of the most beautiful places on earth with you as our guides. From nurse sharks to “real” sharks, sea turtles, rays, and hundreds of varieties of fish, it was a feast for the eyes. And the food, so delicious with expert attention to detail. As Hans Christian Andersen writes, “To travel is to live,” I believe this week was one of the best weeks we’ve had in travel and in life. Thank you, The Renninger’s Raleigh NC Dearest Hannah & Dom! An Exuma Rendezvous 2022

We loved every day, even the rainy ones. And the food was fire. Thank you for an amazing week, my favorite place was the shallow plane wreck :) My favorite place was nurse shark city! Graduation Celebration

A Jolley 10 Days!
Dom & Hannah, I feel that 10 days just wasn't quite enough time with you! I knew this trip would be epic when our shark whisperer (Grace) came back from a first snorkel with an aquarium of treasures (starfish, conch, baby eels, triggers fish and not one but 2 octopus!). We weathered a couple rainy days with a marathon beading extravaganza of of course a hat beading contest- will remembers jays victory and dom's "Help me"- did someone "Say Snacks?". I did my best to soak up every little detail (bump in the road) in this last Bahamas charter for some time. To say that meals were perfect seems redundant, but its important that you know how gifted you are. We feasted like kings and queens. we couldn't possibly have enjoyed the trip without our fearless leader (and constant good sport) Dom! You are always gracious, and accommodating and we appreciate you more than you know. Leaving the Bahamas seems bitter sweet as I'll miss the turquoise waters and the mangroves, but Adventure awaits in the BVI's and we can't keep Her waiting! Bless you both

A New Favorite Winter Escape
D+H What an incredible week! Our annual getaway is usually in the Bahamas, but taking a leap to the BVI with you turned out to be the best decision ever. The weather, water temperature, and the breathtaking hikes exceeded our expectations. Your attention to detail made us feel right back at home, and the cuisine was a true highlight, as always.
