Born and raised in the Netherlands, Namaste’s Captain Thomas has always had a passion for the ocean.
Because both of his parents were sailing fanatics, it was only natural that Thomas spent his childhood partaking in every water sport imaginable. It became very clear that his drive would point him toward a career on the water.
Thomas graduated from nautical college with a bachelor's in Water Management and a minor in Smart Water, followed by a master’s in Hydrology. After graduation, Thomas worked as a first officer on sailing yachts up to 500GT.
He quickly realized that the size of these yachts limited his interaction with guests. He therefore decided to obtain his Yachtmaster Offshore and Ocean certifications and become a captain on smaller sailing vessels.
While working in flotillas in the Mediterranean, he met Chef Mollie. They moved to the south Caribbean to work as a couple on luxury sailing charter yachts.

Chef Kate’s relationship with sea and seafood began in her childhood on the mid-Atlantic coast.
She began working in restaurants in her teens, learning from chefs in both pizza kitchens and private country clubs.
Valuing food for its prismatic ability to nurture, entertain, and bring people together, she has long enjoyed cooking for others.
After two seasons as logistics coordinator for a live-aboard summer camp in St. Martin, Kate returned to North Carolina and ran a small concert venue and bar for five years. But the ocean was calling, and Kate returned to the Caribbean as a yacht chef.
4 years and 10,000 nautical miles later, she brings her experience to Namaste.
Outside the galley, Kate loves to hike, swim, and is learning to kite surf.
STEWARDESS: Constanza PESSIO

Languages: fluent Spanish, English, Portuguese, and basic Norwegian.
Constanza grew up in the rural area of San Pedro in Uruguay among fruit trees, animals, and South American cowboys “Gauchos”. This upbringing gave her a strong connection with nature that led her to develop a love of trekking, rock climbing and kite surfing.
After completing her degree in Public Relations, Constanza immersed herself in the world of hospitality both on land and at sea. She has worked on yachts for almost ten years cruising the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, and the Pacific.
Her passion for the sea and interest in maritime exploration led her to pursue and complete her PADI Divemaster certification. Constanza enjoys taking Namaste's guests on unforgettable underwater adventures.
She always strives to give guests a memorable stay, making them feel at home with her warm and welcoming personality.
FIRST MATE: Glenn WARD

Glenn began his career as a multi qualified watersports instructor pursuing his childhood love for windsurfing, kayaking and dinghy sailing.
After teaching at a high wind resort in Egypt he started working on yachts.
After many deliveries and charters on luxury yachts, he has thousands of miles under his belt.
Glenn is also a PADI Rescue Diver and loves exploring the reefs with photography equipment.
With a degree in media and his drone pilot’s license Glenn is always happy to help guests capture special moments during their time onboard Namaste.

Dear Willo, Sean, Georgia and Adrian, Thank you for making this a dream vacation for us ! Each of you put so much care into everything. You did to make this such a special family trip. You planned so much for us and yet every day felt so relaxed. Four days felt like two weeks away ! Thank you for somehows anticipating every vacation wish what we had. From seabob adventures to snorkeling and seing tortles, tender rides to see ship wrecks, kayacking, exploring, afternoon cocktails in the jacuzzi and ever a movie right on the fly bridge complete with popcorn ! How we had room for popcorn. I don’t know because Adrian’s insanely good food had us all but licking our plates at every meal. It was though she knows the exact fantasy meals to put in front of us. And all the super special treats from homemade pastries, bread to out of this world desserts. We honestly have never tasted such delicious food clearly prepared with love. Georgia your way of taking care of our every need without us ever seing you do itw as magical. We would turn around and where would be a tray of beautiful and delicious afternoon drinks or we would go back to our room to change and poof beds were made. I don’t know how youd id think so quickly. Sean your expert tender driving made what anyone lese would have turned back from onto an adventure what ended with amazing snorekling in turquoise waters. What you do always pulling out all the toys and taking the girls for the tube ride of their lives. Not to mention seabobs adventures we will talk about forever. Willo, you make Namaste a family and a fantasy world wrapped into one ! Surprising us with pumpkins and acarving contest was one of the weetest memories we will have from the trip. With Georgia’s Halloween decoration and delicious desserts the last night was the best halloween party any of us will ever have been to. Thank you all for making such a special trip. WHAT A DREAM VACATION ! Loved working with Danielle to plan our amazing vacation in the Caribbean. She was super patient and helpful during these trying times of COVID - but once we were able to get our trip booked — we had a FABULOUS time. The beautiful table seetings each evening were stunning and the service always top class. Brian really appreciated you taking him diving after such a long hiatus. Charter on Dec 29 - jan 5, 2024 in Antigua area - A group of 6 from Monaco
The size of the boat was perfect for us. The girls really enjoyed each having their own rooms with queen beds and bathrooms/shower. Storm and I enjoyed the larger space bedroom. Also great was that all bedrooms were airconditioned. - The crew was amazing. They really are all extremely good at their job, they were friendly but not overbearing, they were open to be personal but professionally distant. They all very flexible and open to adapting to our and the kid’s ever-changing needs without ever showing any signs of impatience. All four of them are really hard workers and go above and beyond. - Chef Lola had a great idea and made the whole trip a 100% gluten-free journey, which was really amazing. With Zoe being celiac and the kids liking their snacks, it is not so easy for us to keep the eating-routine very stable. Lola and Courtney had no issue with that at all and kept just working around us and predicting our needs. They even got a new toaster just for this sail, so that there would be no contamination. This is really going above and beyond… - Seabobs are a MUST. What amazing little inventions! Of all the many many toys of the Namaste, the bobs are clearly the winners. Those we need on any future charters 😉 All the other toys were also used and enjoyed a lot, just not loved as much as the Bobs. But the Namaste’s many toys are definitely a big positive feature. - The most enjoyable part of the itinerary was Barbuda. For the next trip, we would welcome your recommendations and seek to include even more white-sand beach, remote type destinations. This time it was us driving the train and we were surprised how much more we liked Barbuda than Antigua, which is the island we initially were fixated on. - Only change we could envision on the next one is to scale down on food a bit. Our second charter on Namaste and its still as wonderful as it was on our 1st despite the weather! You all took such care of us and made sailing in the run fun. Captain Willo made as last time our cruise special. Courtney looked after every need, making excellent coffees, and force feeding us champagne! Thanks Pippa for the amazing food, I was need to diet but great to meet a fellow Northerer in the Caribbean. Glen was so friendly and helpful even searching for Brian's non existent missing Apple watch! We will miss you all. All the best for the future! J & B
