Her background in mixology and fine dining translates seamlessly to life onboard where she crafts memorable guest experiences with her signature cocktails, friendly personality and eye for detail. Adding a touch of flair, Mariah also spent years performing and teaching aerial circus acrobatics and fire dancing — talents that bring energy, creativity, and a spark of entertainment to every charter.
